In the coming weeks, this blog will hopefully evolve into a daily diary, of sorts, documenting the ins and outs that make up the world of a private chef. The idea originated as a way of documenting meals, as the client wanted an easy way to look back and see the cuisine that they have enjoyed over the past year. Remembering meals that were especially liked, or asking to tweak a certain dish to their exact liking. This will start off slow, as we slowly incorporate it into the daily routine, with menus, suggestions, ideas, and the like. It may take a good month to work it in as a daily update, but hopefully it will be enjoyed by those interested.
For right now, the client is traveling for the holiday, so I figure I will take a much needed vacation as well, and travel to a major city to take in some of its finer culinary offerings for ideas(we may report back on that as well, who knows).
So no new updates until the middle of next week, have a safe and fun New Year's.
